The Martel Group

I raced last weekend, but it wasn't that hard. I can feel todays ride in the legs for sure.

It felt like I had a camera behind me in a big stage race, and the commentators were reading off the names of those in the Martel Group. Last on the list were the names of Jay Marbarger and Karl Stover. Jay struggling from the previous nights battle with a gang of Makers. Karl wrestling with a preride meal that wouldn't go down, in, up or out. Both popping rivets at the seems.

Oh boy. Listen kids, eat early ride later. Don't shoot yourself in the foot before you draw your guns. Give your food time to go down and in or you may well be in a whole mess of trouble. Yack.
